Free export invoice maker (with IGST or under LUT)
Exporting goods or services, or supplying to an SEZ? Make the tax invoice the GST rules ask for: the right endorsement, IGST at the right rate or 0% under your LUT, the country of destination, port and shipping bill, and the value in dollars or any currency. Free, no login, nothing sent to us.
How to make an export invoice here
- Type your business details. Your GSTIN, address, City / town and PIN code. An export invoice is a tax invoice, so a GSTIN is needed.
- Choose the type. Export with IGST paid, export under LUT or bond (no IGST), or the same two for an SEZ unit or developer.
- Add the buyer and the delivery address. Name and address of the foreign buyer (or the SEZ unit with its GSTIN). Tick "Ship to another address" for the address of delivery if it differs.
- Add the items in rupees. HSN or SAC, quantity, rate in ₹ and the IGST rate (0% under LUT). GST is reported in rupees.
- Fill the export details. Currency and exchange rate, country of destination, port code, shipping bill number and date when known, and your LUT reference.
- Save, then Print / PDF or Share. The invoice prints the Rule 46 endorsement, the export details and the value in the foreign currency. E-invoicing businesses can download the e-invoice file too.
What it does for you
- The right words printed: the endorsement Rule 46 asks for, "on payment of integrated tax" or "under bond or letter of undertaking without payment of integrated tax", chosen from the type.
- Always IGST: exports and SEZ supplies are inter-state supplies, so the tax is IGST even when the SEZ is in your own state.
- LUT check: under LUT or bond, every item must have 0% GST; the maker stops you before saving if one doesn't.
- Foreign currency: type the exchange rate and the invoice shows the value in USD, EUR, AED or 25 other currencies next to the rupee total.
- E-invoice ready: the e-invoice file carries the export details (shipping bill, port, currency, country) for businesses above ₹5 crore.
- In your language: 24 languages on screen; the invoice stays in English, as your buyer, bank and customs need.

Questions people ask
Is an export invoice a tax invoice?
Yes. It is a GST tax invoice with the Rule 46 endorsement, the recipient and delivery address and the country of destination instead of the usual buyer GSTIN details.
Can the invoice be in dollars?
GST is worked out and reported in rupees. This maker keeps the legal figures in ₹ and prints the value in dollars (or any of 28 currencies) at the exchange rate you type.
What GST rate do I charge on export under LUT?
0% IGST on every item. The maker refuses to save an LUT invoice with any other rate.
Why IGST for an SEZ in my own state?
The IGST Act treats every supply to an SEZ unit or developer as an inter-state supply, so it is IGST (or 0% under LUT), never CGST and SGST.
Do I need an e-invoice for exports?
Only if your aggregate turnover crossed ₹5 crore in any year since 2017-18. Then open "E-invoice and e-way bill" and download the file; the export details go into it.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. Everything stays in your browser, shared only with your own Nivesh Sahayak data home on this device.
