By using export-invoice.niveshsahayak.in and the other Nivesh Sahayak document tools ("the tools"), you agree to these terms.

Using the tools

• You may use the free tools for your own business and for your clients' businesses, without limit.
• Don't use the tools to make false, misleading or fraudulent documents, or to break any law.
• Don't copy the tools' code or design to offer a competing service.

Your documents are your responsibility

The tools do the arithmetic and layout. You are responsible for the details you enter (GSTIN, HSN or SAC codes, tax rates, place of supply, amounts) and for checking that each document meets the rules that apply to your business. When in doubt, ask your accountant.

Your data and backups

Your data is stored only in your browser on your device (see the privacy policy). We cannot recover it if the browser data is cleared, the device is lost or the browser removes it. Saving backup files regularly is your responsibility.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is", without any guarantee that they are free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, Nivesh Sahayak is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the tools or of documents made with them, including tax, interest or penalties.

Paid features

If a paid package is offered in future, its price and terms will be shown clearly before you pay. The free tools remain free.

Sponsor cards

Some pages may show one card marked "Sponsored". It links to another company's website, which has its own terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
